Any individual, organization or business entity interested in the welfare of the Illinois wheat industry is eligible for membership. Please fill in the following form, print and mail with your payment to the above address.

Classes of membership and annual dues are as follows:
- Producer ($50 Annual Dues)
- Producer ($125 Dues for 3-year Membership - The producer will receive a $75 certificate redeemable toward the purchase of seed wheat at participating dealers. (Minimum purchase of 40 units or more)
- Associate/Business Employee ($50 Annual Dues)
- Associate/Business Employee ($125 Dues for 3-year Membership)
- Commercial Entity ($100 Annual Dues)
- Commercial Entity ($250 Dues for 3-year Membership)

- The annual dues are $50.00 for producers. We bundle three years together for $125.00. If you can use the certificate for seeds you’ll be buying soon, your net cost for a three-year membership will be the same as one year at the regular dues rate!
- When I receive your three-year dues check, I will mail your $75.00 certificate right back to you. Simply take it to the seed wheat firm you like and buy a minimum of forty (40) units to redeem your certificate.
- Do the Illinois Wheat Association a favor. Tell your neighbors and friends about this deal. The generosity of Illinois seed wheat firms is primarily aimed at helping the organization to grow.
